Why The Tile?
A Safe and Effective way to Eliminate Pathogens
The Tile requires no filters or chemical refills and is very easy to both operate and install. This machine is fully automated and its efficiency is fully adjustable. This makes removal of pathogens easy and efficient.
Financially viable
It has 3 different operational modes: UVC air cleaning, hybrid cleaning and deepclean. Together these modes make it easy to adapt to every cleaning requirement keeping the air clean and all surfaces disinfected. This completely removes the need for disinfecting surfaces with alcohol.
Built in light
The Tile has two powerful, integrated LED-lights. The light is dimmable, non-flicker and even the colour temperature can be adjusted.
Two versions
This product is available in two different versions. The silent version is built up with state of the art fan technology and operates with a sound level at 35db at 330m3 air per hour. The other has a more powerful air change over with a sound level at acceptable 55db and circulates more than 660m3 air per hour. Choose the one that suits your needs the best. Both options share the same adjustability and germ killing technology.
WiFi-control
The Tile utilises WiFi technology (802.11b). This means that up to 100 units can be linked together and grouped into zones, making control and administration easy. The master controller of the WiFi system is fully touch controlled with rechargeable battery.
Measurements: Length 595mm x width 595 mm x height 260 mm and fits the standard 60cm suspended ceiling grid.
Weight: 6.3 kg.
The Tile comes with three different operating modes;
UVC Air cleaning
UVC Air cleaning mode has adjustable intensity which kills all airborne pathogens and constantly recirculates the air. This is done using arrays of very high power UVC LEDs.
Deepclean
Deepclean sterilisation is performed by a sequence of actions. Firstly all surfaces in the room are cleaned by generation and circulation of Ozone. Ozone is a heavier than air gas that occurs
naturally mostly in the upper levels of the atmosphere.
Ozone has proven to be an extremely effective way to kill all pathogens. Secondly the Ozone gas is returned to oxygen by
a rapid decay action within The Tile unit. During this period The Tile also operates its high power UVC system to kill any air borne pathogens. When the deepclean sequence is complete the room is clear of pathogens on surfaces and within the air. As most bad smells are bacterial based they are also eliminated by The Tile leaving a fresh smell.
Hybrid cleaning
Hybrid cleaning is an entirely new cleaning feature unique to The Tile unit. This mode is controlled by careful measurement of the air and combines all the cleaning functions in an automatic self regulating action. This mode was created as a result of scientific research where it was proved that small amounts of Ozone (<0.1ppm) kills all pathogens within an area very efficiently. In this mode The Tile maintains a low and constantly regulated level of Ozone mixed with varying power of narrow band UVC light. This complex process continuously disinfects the area on both surfaces and in the air. The amount of Ozone generated is adjustable.
